An Inode is a data structure keeping information or attributes of your files on your hosting account. Inodes limit vary depending with the hosting account you have subscribed to. Most accounts on shared hosting have a limit of 250,000.
To reduce Inodes, the solution is to delete any files and emails you no longer need. You can download emails on outlook if you would like to retain a copy of the emails.
